The Quality Teaching for English Learners (QTEL) initiative at WestEd invites you to participate in professional learning institutes focused on the development of educator expertise to engage English Learners and all other students in deep, transferable learning.

We are excited to announce that we will be offering our 2023 QTEL summer institutes in Oahu, Santa Cruz, and Washington D.C. next year. Join national and international educators as we come together to ensure the future success of all students.
