I just think that this training and being part of QTEL really changes your perspectives. Even if you've already been working with ELD students, it just shines a different light on how you can support them and the importance of that language piece and getting kids to talk and engaged in their own learning and different tools, and ways that we can facilitate that in our classrooms.
