Aída Walqui will give the keynote address at the 25th Annual CSMP English Learner Institute, Region 9 A/B Planning Committee. This year’s theme is, “Acknowledging 25 Years of Supporting English Learners, K-l2” and the Institute’s primary focus is “Developing Language, Content Knowledge and Analytical Practices with the New ELD Standards”.
