On October 22nd, 2016, Aída Walqui will be the keynote speaker at the 2nd Annual Summit: Long-Term English Learners & Newcomers organized by the Santa Clara Office of Education. Educators across Santa Clara County will come together to share ideas on improving services for these unique groups of English learners.
