2023 QTEL Summer Institutes in Oʻahu

On June 12, we kicked off the 2023 QTEL Summer Institutes in Oʻahu with Annette Gregg, director of English Learner & Migrant Education Services at WestEd, delivering the keynote address.

On day three of the institutes, Dr. Aída Walqui, founder of QTEL, introduced our guest keynote speaker, Dr. Amanda Kibler, who presented Why Ecologies Matter: Critical and Dialogic Perspectives on Multilingual Children and Youth.
